Create Calendars

Production Order Status

                                                  Created production order and hit on Estimates 

Cost group

Go to manage cost and view the calculation.

                        This is incorrect, so we need to check calculation Group and cost sheet.

         Assign price on SunGlass Frame

 

This calculation is Correct

Released production order and click on START

Click on BOM and increase the inventory for both items

Go to inventory on-hand click on Quantity adjustment

Click on start again.

Check picking journals. Click on view tab- click on pick list

Now click on report as finished as stated highlighted below

Done :)

    

                   All thing was done on – Item frame but now we have produced 2 Sunglass with the help on BOM Component that us Sunglass frame

        Repeat again for remaining qty – click on report as finished and END the production Order.

Scrap- in case you have over Produced.

You can mention minus qty (-2) in case you want Scrap 2 should be generate
