u ITEM Price Priority

1.            1^st it will search Purchase & Sales agreements.

2.            If not available, then it will search Trade agreements.

3.            If not, then system will search the defaults orders price.

After item creation, create Trade agreement and then see view Trade agreement.

Trade agreement Created.

 

Item defaults Price is $8 But on trade agreement is $6, so Sales Order it will take $6, if Qty is 1 to 9, if 10 then $10 if 11QTY Then $18.

Created another Trade agreement for Customer US-001 for item OJHA2026 with 2 discounted prices For Line Discount SALES.

u  Trade agreement is also possible for customer group of and Price group of items – Create Group and tag then on you item – example is here.

If can also be possible for tag for vendor too

Sales & Purchase Agreement

Sales and Purchase agreement are tagged to a particular Customer or a Particular Vendors

Sales Agreement

 Initially it will be on HOLD Status

Next click on Release order

Unit price on item is 10$ But thru Sales agreement will pick the SA mention price ie 70
